FAQ

1. Can i make a modification to my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. 

2. How long do I have to return an item?

You have up to 7 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased on Framilier.com.

3. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@framilier.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. What are the conditions for returning an item?

Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.

5. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your returned order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

8. Can I return Framilier products purchased from a different website?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Framilier products not purchased from Framilier.com.

9. How Can I cancel my order?

Reach out to Customer Support with your order number and email address to submit a cancellation request. If your order was placed during peak periods or over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer: The abuse of cancellations that are deemed as unusual activity will be suspended from future cancellations. 

10. If an item is sold out when will it be available again?

framilier.com displays real time-inventory. Unfortunately an item is no longer available if you don't see it on our website. Please note some items will allow you to sign up for back in stock notifications in product details.

11. How do i Know if an item will fit?

In order to identify the best fit, sizing measurements are found on the product page specific to the item.
